The following terminology applies to these terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the disclaimer: the terms "Customer", "You" and "Your" refer to the person who accesses this website and accepts the Company's terms and conditions. The terms "Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" refer to Prestige Spray.
All terms relate to the offer, acceptance and consideration of the payment necessary to undertake the process of assisting the Customer in an appropriate manner, by any recognized means, for the specific purpose of meeting the Customer's needs for the provision of the products and services offered, in accordance with the laws in force in Canada.
Automated messages
Automated messages will be sent once the form has been completed on the contact page. About your submissions and to send follow-ups on your files.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to +1 581-436-4900. Once "STOP" is sent, we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages. To rejoin, simply re-register in the same way as you did initially.
If you're having trouble with the messaging service, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for further assistance, or contact us directly at info@sprayprestige.ca.
Operators are not responsible for messages that are delayed or not sent.

Specifications and tolerances
All our products are available only in thickness of 5/8" (16 mm).
A 1/16" maximum tolerance on dimensions is considered acceptable.
Uprights and crosspieces can be reduced to fit the inner profile. The outer profile is included in the dimensions shown.
When ordering, the customer must indicate whether reduced amounts or alternative profiles are to be used.
No claim for omission, error or damage will be accepted unless it has been reported to us. within 3 days of delivery date.
For cleaning and household maintenance, use an ammonia-based liquid window cleaner. Take care never to use acidic or alkaline products, or abrasive substances on these surfaces, as they may be damaged.
Deformation standards - Manufacturers
Manufacturers consider a defect on materials such as melamine, wood veneer or acrylic panels if the deformation exceeds the following tolerances:
0 to 24" height: max. 1/16 in.
24 to 48" height: max. 1/8 in.
48" to 72" height: max. 1/4 in.
72" and over : no claimsno matter how distorted.
For doors and drawers in Lacquered MDF less than 6" heighta high/low profile adjustment can be applied to 1 ½ in.without this constituting a defect.
The paint used is specially designed for kitchen cabinets. Its water-based 100 % formulation, in acrylic with urethane enamel, ensures durability and a high-quality finish.
Warranty
The warranty only covers the items specified in this document and does not cover defects or damage caused by :
inadequate installation
improper use or lack of maintenance
normal wear and tear
bad weather
accident, fire, water damage or any case of force majeure
Spray Prestige's sole obligation shall be, after inspection, repair, restoration or replacement of parts found to be defective.
Replacing parts may result in minor inconvenience variations in color or texturewhich is not a defect.
Spray Prestige will replace products with available materials at the time of repair and cannot guarantee perfect homogeneity with the original installations.
The warranty is limited to the repair, restoration and/or replacement of defective products at our place of business. Transportation of the defective product is never at the customer's expense. Disposal of the old part is the customer's responsibility.
Limitation of liability
Spray Prestige's liability, whether in contract or tort, shall in no event exceed reimbursement of the purchase price of the defective product. In no event shall we be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages.
Natural variations and returns
Due to the nature of the wood, colors, textures and appearances may vary from batch to batch.
Because of the completely customized nature of our doors, panels, frames and all products made to measure by Spray Prestige, no return will not be accepted except as provided above.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, Spray Prestige holds all intellectual property rights relating to the content of this site. All rights reserved.

For lacquered MDF doors and drawers under 6 in. in height, a top/bottom profile adjustment may be applied to 1 ½ in., which does not constitute a defect.

Because our doors, panels, frames, and all items manufactured by Spray Prestige are entirely custom-made, no returns will be acceptedexcept as provided above.
