The following terminology applies to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer Notice: the terms “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. The terms “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refer to Spray Prestige.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of assisting the Client in the most appropriate manner, by any recognized means, for the specific purpose of meeting the Client’s needs regarding the provision of the Company’s products and services, in accordance with the applicable laws of Canada.
All our products are available exclusively in thickness of 5/8" (16 mm).
A 1/16" maximum tolerance on dimensions is considered acceptable.
Uprights and crosspieces can be reduced to fit the inner profile. The outer profile is included in the dimensions shown.
When ordering, the customer must indicate whether reduced amounts or alternative profiles are to be used.
No claims for omission, error, or damage will be accepted unless reported within 3 days of the delivery date.
For cleaning and household maintenance, use an ammonia-based liquid window cleaner. Take care never to use acidic or alkaline products, or abrasive substances on these surfaces, as they may be damaged.
Manufacturers consider a defect in materials such as melamine, wood veneer, or acrylic panels only if warping exceeds the following tolerances:
Height 0–24 in: max 1/16 in.
Height 24–48 in: max 1/8 in.
Height 48–72 in: max 1/4 in.
Over 72 in: no claim accepted regardless of warping
For lacquered MDF doors or drawers under 6 in in height, a profile adjustment to 1 ½ in may be applied without being considered a defect.
The paint used is specially formulated for kitchen cabinets. Its 100% water-based acrylic with urethane enamel composition ensures high durability and a premium finish.
The warranty limited from 15 years covers only the elements specified in this document under conditions of use Residential only – visit manufacturing defects, material defects.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:
- improper installation
- misuse or lack of maintenance
- normal wear and tear (scratches, impacts, excessive moisture, etc.)
- weather conditions
- accidents, fire, water damage, or any force majeure event.
Spray Prestige’s sole obligation, after inspection, shall be the repair, refinishing, or replacement of components found defective.
Replacement components may vary slightly in color or texture, which does not constitute a defect.
Spray Prestige will replace products using materials available at the time of repair and cannot guarantee a perfect match with existing installations.
The warranty is limited to the repair, refinishing, and/or replacement of defective products at our place of business. Transportation of the defective product is never at the client’s expense. Disposal of the old component is the client's responsibility.
Spray Prestige’s liability, whether contractual or tortious, shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the defective product. We shall not be held liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages.
Due to the natural characteristics of wood, variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur from one batch to another.
Because our doors, panels, frames, and all other products are fully custom-made, no returns will be accepted except as specified above regarding confirmed defects.
